Capulalpam de Mendez, Oaxaca

Start by touring the Temple of San Mateo Discípulo, which preserves 14 wooden altarpieces and the original decoration of the Dominicans, which was also characterized by its colorful fleurs-de-lis. 

Visit the Los Molinos River, where there are many activities you can do outdoors, or take the Y tour, where you will see orchids, bougainvillea, rabbits, deer, and a crystal clear spring.
