Elon Musk and Grimes have finally split after having their second daughter. Now the singer would be seeing Chelsea Manning, famous for having leaked information about her in her time as an intelligence analyst for the United States Army.

The head of SpaceX and Tesla, among other companies, and Claire Boucher, artistically known as Grimes, had their second daughter in December, Exa Dark Siderael Musk, sister of X AE A-Xii. Exa was born by surrogacy, according to US media.

Grimes announced the breakup on her Twitter account.

“Me and E have broken up again since writing this article haha. But he is my best friend and the love of my life, and my life and art are forever dedicated to The Mission.”

According to the pop singer, The Mission is “sustainable energy, making humanity a multi-planetary species, and the preservation of consciousness.”

Musk and Grimes began dating in 2018, making their relationship official at that year’s Met Gala. Although they lived almost separately, they had two children.

Musk is currently with Australian actress Natasha Bassett, who according to Hollywood Life knew about the birth of the SpaceX chief’s second daughter with Grimes.

“Elon was honest about having another baby with Grimes through a rented family, ” a source told Hollywood Life. “Her daughter was born in December and Natasha was fully aware of this.”

“She respects Elon’s relationship with Grimes and has no problem with him being close friends with Grimes and co-parenting with her. Grimes also knows that Elon is with Natasha now and there is no bad blood between any of them,” the publication stressed, citing the source.

However, Grimes would not be alone and would be very close to Chelsea Manning. This is said by the Page Six portal.

Manning, born Bradley Edward Manning, was a former soldier and intelligence analyst who disclosed to WikiLeaks nearly 750,000 classified and unclassified but sensitive items, as well as military and diplomatic documents.

Private Manning was arrested in 2010 and court-martialed in July 2013, sentenced to 35 years in prison.

As the BBC recalls, in 2013 she changed her identity to Chelsea Elizabeth Manning, declaring herself publicly as a transgender woman. Her name change became legal in April 2014.

Manning received a pardon from then-President Barack Obama in 2017, after his suicide attempts in prison were revealed; however, she returned behind bars in 2019 for refusing to testify before a grand jury in a WikiLeaks investigation.

A year later she was released again. And she would now be dating Grimes, Elon Musk’s former partner.
