What is the origin of the character Ms. Marvel?

These days, the character of “Ms. Marvel” has given something to talk about, since the first chapter of her series was released through Disney.

The first volume of Ms. Marvel won the Hugo Award for Best Graphic Story in 2015.

On the other hand, the character is played by Sandra Saad in the 2020 Marvel’s Avengers video game.
