The Spider-Verse narrative will finish in comics with a new regular book written by Dan Slott and illustrated by Mark Bagley, two artists who have vast experience working with the spider-hero. The fact that Spider-Man #1 is scheduled for publication in October of this year makes it quite evident that it will be established as a sequel to the Edge of Spider-Verse miniseries, which consisted of five issues.
