Twenty-one years ago, everyone was talking about Butter and BE, the two BTS albums that sold one million copies each.

The members of BTS — Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, Suga, and V – are immensely adored throughout the world from their home country, South Korea. Throughout the year, their songs controlled the airwaves. However, did you know that two of the group’s albums sold more over one million copies in 2021? It has been revealed that BTS has topped the list of K-pop albums that sold more than one million copies in 2021. BTS’s ‘Butter’ album sold more over 3 million copies, but their earlier album, ‘BE,’ only sold 1.01 million copies. BTS Leader RM and Jin both tested positive for COVID-19 following Suga’s positive test.

In the first week of its release, BTS Butter sold more than 1.9 million copies. Butter and Permission to Dance are the only two tracks on the album. BE, on the other hand, was launched in November of 2020 and is still a huge hit with fans. Many of BTS’ most popular tracks, such as “Dynamite” and “Life Goes On,” can be found on this album.
