Taylor Swift Drops 4 New Unreleased Songs Ahead Of Her Eras Tour!

Before the start of her Eras US tour, Taylor Swift released four “previously unreleased” tracks. The American singer-songwriter let her followers know about the surprise on her Instagram story hours before the tracks were released at midnight on YouTube.

“In celebration of The Eras Tour I’m releasing 4 previously unreleased songs tonight at midnight,” Swift wrote. 

The four songs feature re-recordings of the Hunger Games songs Safe & Sound with Joy Williams and John Paul White and Eyes Wide (Taylor’s version). A entirely new song, All of the Girls You Loved Before, was also recorded and published alongside If This Was a Movie from Speak Now.

With the 2019 album Lover’s bonus track All of the Ladies You Loved Before, Swift seems to have taken things personally by making references to her lover Joe Alwyn’s previous relationships. The song talks about all the girls that had entered Alwyn’s life before Swift with lines like

”All of the ones you’ve loved before (Ooh) / Made you the one I’ve fallen for / Every dead-end street led you right to me.’‘

The 12-time Grammy winner is presently preparing for her Eras tour, which will launch in the United States on March 17 with back-to-back performances in Glendale, Arizona.

Swift posted some candid photos of her parents decorating her guitar for the trip on her Instagram story. A pair of practice images with the tagline “In my Eras era” were also posted by the Love Story singer, further arousing fans’ interest.

For the course of the tour, Swift will be joined by musicians such as Paramore, Phoebe Bridgers, Girl In Red, Gayle, and others as supporting acts. The playlist for the singer’s upcoming tour will feature songs from her most recent album Midnights, which was released in October of last year.
