Priyanka Chopra prepares a mega surprise for Nick Jonas for Father’s Day

Priyanka Chopra is already getting ready for her husband Nick Jonas‘s first Father’s Day. Their baby named Malti is four months old and was born in January of this year, her birth has brought joy to the couple, according to a source close to the 29-year-old singer, so this celebration, like the Day of the Mother, will be significant.

The actress’s father, Dr. Ashok Chopra, unfortunately, died nine years ago on June 13, so surely this day will also be very emotional for her. “As much as this day is about Nick now, it will still be about honoring his father and Priyanka’s father as well,” the source explained. “Nick is extremely sensitive to Priyanka’s feelings when it comes to Father’s Day and he always goes out of his way to make sure he acknowledges her father and this year will be no different.”

For this reason, Priyanka also wants this day to be very special for Nick. “Priyanka has a few little surprises planned to celebrate Nick’s first Father’s Day, but they plan to spend the day at home as a family,” said another source close to Priyanka.

The couple welcomed their baby via surrogate on January 15. The baby was born premature and spent more than 100 days in neonatal intensive care, then was taken to her home to start her family together. Priyanka and Nick have been married since December 2018.
