Nicki Minaj’s Latest Song ‘Red Ruby Da Sleeze’ Sets the Internet on Fire

Nicki Minaj has returned with a new single, “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” a day after putting rappers with ghostwriters on notice.

After being MIA since November, the New York icon reappeared in Trinidad last month for Carnival. But, Nicki Minaj claims that she is still on break and that one of her alter personalities has appeared.

After teasing her new track, “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” earlier this week, Nicki Minaj issued a message for musicians who don’t write their own raps on Wednesday (Mar. 2).

She published another food-related promo image for her new single while also heralding the arrival of her alter persona. Fans began preparing for the return of Chun-Li, often described as Nicki’s “bad guy persona” by the Barbz.

“#RedRubyDaSleeze tmrw nite,” she captioned it. “Ghost authors from all over the world are scurrying.” Just keep an eye on everything. Nicki is still on leave. But this b!@ch right here? She was outside. 〽️🅱️🐝 “

The highly anticipated song had a significant impact. Within an hour of its release, “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” was the top trending topic on Twitter in the United States.

The song also topped the charts in the United States, extending her reign as the rapper with the most No. 1 songs on the platform. Also, Spotify made Nicki Minaj the cover of their Rap Caviar playlist.
