Lele Pons forcefully responds to Luisito Comunica: “You have no right to label me”

The Venezuelan influencer Lele Pons responded to the Mexican YouTuber Luisito Comunica after he stated that Lele “is Latin when it suits her.”

Luisito’s controversial statements occurred several days ago during an interview on Exa FM. The Youtuber stated that he met the Venezuelan at an event for YouTubers several years ago. In his opinion, at that time the influencer had not put on “the Latin pride shirt.” He narrated that he approached to greet her and her response was only “sorry, I don’t speak Spanish”. After that meeting, Lele Pons began to make public the fact that she is Latina.

“I said: ‘she’s tremendous, she’s Latina when it suits her,’” Luisito said in the interview.

The YouTuber’s anecdote was very controversial and left Lele Pons very bad, while her followers were divided between those who supported Lele and those who supported Luisito.

Now the influencer decided to respond to these statements and assured them that the meeting Luisito referred to never happened.

During an interview on Radio Divaza, Lele Pons assured us that she is not capable of doing something like what the YouTuber narrated.

“No, that never happened. That is not true and knowing me, I am someone who will never say that. I can’t say that” she replied.

The influencer was surprised by Luisito Comunica’s statements and assured them that he does not know her enough to make those comments. When her interview went viral, her followers started mentioning her in the video and she was just shocked.

“How is it possible that a person who does not know me, knows nothing about my life, is a friend of my friends and follows me, and I follow him, say in an interview. I have never spoken ill of Luisito, on the contrary, I admired him”, she highlighted.

According to Lele’s version, Luisito apologized later through a private message

“Lele, I want to apologize to you if you felt bad about the interview, and then in her Instagram stories, he says that the best vibe for me, that he respects me, that he respects my work, that he admires me, and that he only said that for a funny anecdote,” said Lele.

However, the comment did not seem funny to Lele who expressed her annoyance at what Luisito said.

“For me, a man who speaks ill of a woman just to want to be funny is horrible because you don’t know me, you don’t know anything about my life and you have no right to label me,” she said,
