I needed a Disney princess; Rebel Wilson surprises by introducing her girlfriend

Rebel Wilson surprised her millions of social media followers and fans by breaking unexpected news about her new relationship. 

And it is that the celebrity of Pitch Perfect turned to her Instagram account to announce that she is officially dating the fashion designer Ramona Agruma. Through a tender message, the actress revealed, in turn, that she joined the LGBTQ+ community after experiencing failed heterosexual relationships in the past.

“I thought I was looking for a Disney prince…but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney princess #loveislove,” she wrote, tagging Agruma in a photo of the two having a fancy dinner. 

Although this announcement was recent, Rebel was photographed with Ramona on the red carpet of the Vanity Fair After Party at the 2022 Oscars; both posed in front of the photographers cheerful and glamorous with bright looks. 

A few months ago, a source told People that Rebel was “happy” and “in an amazing place,” referencing their new relationship but not saying so outright. 

In a separate interview, Wilson told the same publication that she had met someone through a friend and that before formalizing they were in contact and saw each other frequently. “We talked on the phone for weeks before we met. And that was a really good way to get to know each other. It was a bit old school in that sense, very romantic,” she noted. 

Rebel ended her last relationship in February of last year with businessman Jacob Busch, whose family owns the Anheuser-Busch brewing company. 

Towards the end of the year, the Isn’t Romantic actress told People that she wasn’t looking for a new relationship, that she had been fine traveling with her friends over the summer and was currently focusing on herself, but I was open to any possibility. 

“I’m currently single and looking for the right person. So we’ll see. From every relationship, you learn things about yourself and what you’re looking for,” she added. “I haven’t found my partner yet, but I’m hopeful.”

Rebel Wilson‘s new conquest is the fashion designer and founder of sustainable clothing company Lemon Ve Lemon. 

Agruma is also known for being an ambassador for other luxury fashion brands such as Bee Goddess Jewellery. 

In addition to accompanying her to the after-party, Agruma was present at Rebel’s 42nd birthday, as well as other important moments, including the premiere of A Senior Year and on several trips, she has made to the celebrity.
