Fernanda Castillo reveals how Rafael Amaya got lost in drugs after recording “The Lord of the Skies”

The actress who gave life to Mónica Robles in the Telemundo series explained that it hurt her to see her countryman getting lost in the character of Aurelio Casillas.

Fernanda Castillo said that she witnessed how Rafael Amaya was lost in addiction during the recordings of “El Señor de Los Cielos”.

In an interview with Yordi Rosado, Castillo, who gave life to Mónica Robles in the Telemundo series, explained that it hurt him to see his countryman getting lost in the character of Aurelio Casillas.

I love Rafa very much and the truth is that it was complicated because I wanted him to be well and because I could see how the workload and how everything that was around the character I feel affected him and I have always loved him a lot,” said Erik Hauser’s fiancée.
Likewise, the 40-year-old from Sonora recognized that Rafael began to change since the actor he met in 2013 was no longer the same as in 2017, the year his colleague left the project.

“When ‘The Lord of the Skies’ began, Rafa was the first to arrive there, he knew his texts and that he was full; I feel that the problem he had was eating away at him and that I suddenly no longer found him in his eyes as the friend and accomplice on the scene that I had for many years, ” he said.

FERNANDA CASTILLO STILL HAS COMMUNICATION WITH RAFAEL AMAYA
