Belinda confesses: she suffers from pork disease and does not diet

Much has been said about Belinda in recent times: if she separated from Christian Nodal, if she went to recover from her native Spain or if she is focused on acting. However, there are things in the intimate life of the singer that perhaps we did not even imagine, and that is that she suffers from the so-called evil of the pig!

As Belinda confessed to Vanity Fair, once she eats she must go to bed to take a nap. This sensation is scientifically called postprandial alkaline tide and consists of a kind of lethargy of the body after consuming food. In Mexico, it is popularly known as mal del Puerco, because they say that pigs go to sleep after eating.

“After eating, I feel like going to sleep. I’m already with the last part of the dessert and I say: ‘Oh, can we take a little nap?’ But no! It’s when you have to make the most of it, so another chocolate coffee directly,” she said.

Belinda also revealed that she did not do any type of diet, something enviable at 32 years old and with an incredible figure.

“I like everything, I don’t have a diet. I think the important thing is to be active during the day because that’s how you burn calories. Obviously, I try to take care of myself and eat ‘healthy’, but I don’t really have a diet,” she said.

Even Belinda confessed that she has a habit of getting up at dawn to eat when she can’t sleep well.

“They say, and I think it’s true, that the later you eat dinner, the fatter you get and that’s when I get hungrier. At 2 in the morning I get hungry like I go to the fridge to see what’s there,” she says.
