A journalist asked Tom Holland and Zendaya about any sex scenes in future “Spider-Man” movies.

This past December 15, “ Spider-Man: No Way Home ” was released, quickly becoming the highest-grossing film of 2021.

During the actors’ media tour to promote the film, the reporters did not miss the opportunity to ask as much as possible about the spider hero.

Before the release of the film starring Tom Holland, Marvel surprised its fans with ” Eternals “, the first production in the franchise to feature a sex scene, prompting a journalist to ask Holland and Zendaya if we would see something similar in the later “Spider-Man” movies.

TOM AND ZENDAYA’S RESPONSE

Tom replied that “I don’t think [a sex scene] is appropriate for the ‘Spider-Man’ franchise. We are still very young. Should there be a [sexual] future for this character? Maybe one day we will explore that. But for now, it’s a movie about celebrating friendships and youthful love. And they [Peter and MJ] are not ready for that kind of relationship.

For her part, the protagonist of “Euphoria” also agreed with her partner, noting that “Peter Parker is like a little brother, you don’t want to see that”,

At Zendaya’s response, Holland added, “Yeah, nobody wants to see Peter Parker having sex ! That would be horrible ”, with which many fans of the superhero have agreed, taking into account his great popularity among children.
