Vivo launched the Y75 in December 2017 with an octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, HD+ display, 13 MP main camera, and a 16 MP selfie unit. More than four years later, the company will share a version of this phone compatible with 5G networks.
In this sense, the GSMArena portal states that the Vivo Y75 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC, in addition to having 8 GB (+ 4 virtual GB) of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. It will boot Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12, sport a 6.58″ Full HD+ display, and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.
For photography, it will come with four cameras: a 16MP selfie camera inside the teardrop notch with a 50MP main sensor on the rear joined by two 2MP cameras.
The smartphone will have a thickness of 8.25 mm and will weigh 187 grams. It will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric authentication and two color options: Aurora and Black.
The source says that the Vivo Y75 5G will arrive in India before the end of this month, although the company itself has yet to reveal any details. However, if this launch timeline is correct, this will be the sixth smartphone from the company. a signature that will be released in that country during the mentioned month, as long as it does not reveal any other mobile before.
