Tenoch Huerta will play Namor in Black Panther 2

Everything indicated that Tenoch Huerta would have an important role in the new Black Panther movie , rumors of all kinds on the internet confirmed the actor as part of the official cast, however, there was no statement that made it official, until now.

This Saturday during Comic-Con 2022, Tenoch Huerta’s participation in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was confirmed, which will be released in November of this year. It is not all because the first images of the actor in the film have already been revealed.

The renowned actor who has also participated in films and series such as  The Purge Forever, Mothers, Son of Monarchs, Narcos: Mexico and more, now joins the Marvel Cinematic  Universe with the beginning of Phase 5.

“It’s an honor. I come from the neighborhood. I wouldn’t be here without inclusion. The neighborhood children now see us and dream of us. Thanks to all the countrymen who crossed the river. I’m here for you. By the way, Namor is amazing,” Huerta said as she stepped onto the stage at Comic-Con 2022.

Tenoch Huerta will play Namor, an antagonistic character in the film. There is a lot of intrigue about what the plot will be in this new installment of Black Panther because it must be remembered that its main actor,  Cahdwick Boseman, passed away in August 2020.

The Mexican thanked all his countrymen during his acceptance speech: “Thanks to everyone, to the countrymen, to all Latin Americans. You crossed the river and left everything you loved behind, thanks to that I am here.”
