Brie Larson denies that she has signed a seven-movie contract with Marvel

It is clear that there is a desire to see Captain Marvel in action. However, it seems that the mega-contract of seven films that was recently announced was not true. So at least it has declared the actress Brie Larson, who has quickly denied the information that pointed to that there would be Carol Denvers for a while.

Captain Marvel

It was a brief tweet in which the actress has rushed to deny the published: “Counterpoint: This is not true.” On October 11, The Hollywood Reporter reported that the actress had received five million dollars for her role in ‘Captain Marvel’ and that this first film would be only one of seven that she had signed in her contract, which included his participation in “several franchises” of the Marvel Universe.

Denial

However, the actress, despite denying the information, has not made any kind of clarification. At the moment, it is only known that Larson will appear in his solo film, which premiere is scheduled for March 8, 2019, as it will also be in the fourth film of the Avengers, which will arrive just two months later, on May 3 . Of course, the superhero is expected to be one of the key figures in the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, of which few data are known.

The premiere of ‘Captain  Marvel’ will be very important for the Marvel franchise, being the first Marvel movie starred entirely by a superhero. In addition, it will also be the first film project of the House of Ideas to have a director in charge, Anna Boden, who co-directs the film with her husband, Ryan Fleck. It will also be the second feature film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to have female professionals as screenwriters, since Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch and director Boden write the script together. Precisely Perlman was a pioneer in Marvel, having been the co-writer of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’.
