The Simpsons will have The Weeknd in one of its episodes

The same artist confirmed it in a publication through his social network, Twitter, and as published by the Stereogum medium, the episode will follow Homer Simpson who meets other parents in a rebellion against an influential boy.

The premiere of the chapter will be next Sunday, March 20, in which The Weeknd will voice the role of Orion Hughes in “Bart The Cool Kid” from season 33. It was also known that actor Michael Rapaport will be in the same chapter, remembered for his leading role in the action series, Prison Break and for briefly participating in the successful Friends.

The Weeknd, who had already participated in other animated series such as American Dad in 2020 and in Robot Chicken, expressed on his social networks how happy he is to be able to participate in the episode of The Simpsons, in which I believe that for him It is a “dream come true” to be part of the famous production.
