Pasión de Gavilanes 2 has just completed 2 months on the air on the Telemundo screen with many questions in the air and secrets that are yet to be discovered, including the betrayal of Óscar ( Juan Alfonso Baptista ) to Jimena ( Paola Rey ), who is unaware that her husband has a child out of wedlock with an evil woman who seeks to end his life. In an interview with People en Español, Paola talks about this conflict and confesses to us, among other things, how she lived the last day of recording and if the experience of recording the second season was exactly what she had dreamed of.
How have you experienced the public’s response to this new season?
The public is very special with Pasión de gavilanes . I have received many messages for the arrival of this second season that they had longed for so much. I think the reunion of the six was very special for the fans.
Of everything you have been able to read on social networks, which I imagine must have been a lot, what has surprised you the most or caught your attention?
I think the love they have for Jimena is very nice, how they recognize her personality and support her in this new plot.
Jimena and Óscar’s relationship this season is going through a very strong conflict. When you read in the scripts what the couple was going to experience, what was your first reaction?
A big surprise. Although in the work part I think she was able to fulfill her dream and develop what she liked and wanted, the relationship between Óscar and Jimena completely surprised me, I did not imagine that future, but I also think it is a subject with which many people can be identified.
