Mauricio Ochmann confirms that On a Trip with the Derbez is staged: There’s nothing about reality

Mauricio Ochmann broke the silence and expressed that the reality show ” De Viaje con los Derbez” is totally acted.

The 44-year-old actor said in an interview with Yordi Rosado that recording Eugenio Derbez’s reality show was not a good experience for him because agreements were not respected.

The theme of the series is one of the strongest experiences on a professional and personal level that I have had to live because there were certain agreements that were made to agree to do the series that were not fulfilled while doing it, especially in things that had to do with the baby [Kailani], Ochmann explained.

The protagonist of the series El Chema recalled that there were many hours of recording, which is why he had to be fighting for Kai’s eating and sleeping hours to be respected.

“There were several frictions where in the end I felt alone with the baby and it was my turn to face the producers,” he added.

Aislin Derbez’s ex-partner stated that she thought the series would be more familiar and less acted.

“Suddenly you realize that reality has nothing. In the end, everything was manipulated and edited to achieve certain things”, emphasized the actor.

In the same way, he argued that among the things he didn’t like was that they made him fight with Aislinn when he didn’t want to.

In the end, the couple promised not to re-record the following seasons of “De Viaje con los Derbez”, but Aislinn repented and notified him that she would be participating in her father’s reality show.
