To alleviate her thyroid problems, Kourtney Kardashian received some unusual advice from her GP: drink the semen of her husband, musician Travis Barker.
“About four times a week,” recalled the socialite in the recent episode of the reality show The Kardashians.
Kourtney did not specify if he acted, but Travis emotionally thanked the doctor for his words.
The couple, who have been followed by the media since they began their relationship, married this week in an Italian castle, sponsored by the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
Between the two of them, they have six children, products of their previous partners, and they hope to have their own, for which they have dedicated time to discuss fertility issues, the most recent treatment being a detox, to which both will undergo. In this context, the socialite confessed what she once told her doctor about her.
“Grateful for all the blessings that God has given me in my 43 years of life. Full heart,” Kourtney posted on her Instagram account, accompanying the message with photos of her children at Disneyland.
The fellow writer is the older sister of Kim, Khloé, and Rob, as well as the half-sister of Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
She was a girl who attended a Catholic school and studied performing arts in Arizona, where she learned Spanish. Her name began to be heard in the early 1990s when her father was a lawyer in the murder case of OJ Simpson, a former American football player.
Love for the Virgin Mary
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker posted on their respective Instagram accounts on Sunday a photo of them kissing at the altar with the caption: “Happily ever after.”
The photo shows a background with dozens of candles and a painting of the Virgin and Child. A smiling officiant looks at them.
Kardashian then added another photo of the couple smiling and looking at the guests moments later, with the caption: “Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Barker.”
She wore a white corset minidress and a floor-length veil with a giant Virgin Mary design on the side. Him, a black suit. Both were designed by Dolce & Gabbana, according to People magazine.
The wedding took place at Castello Brown, a castle built in the Middle Ages overlooking the Gulf of Portofino, reported TMZ.
The ceremony followed a “practice” wedding officiated by an Elvis impersonator, without a marriage license, followed by a small, licensed ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
The party moved Friday to the jet-setting courtyard of Portofino, a seaside town known for its multi-colored houses and crystal-clear waters on the Italian Riviera coast.
Photographers captured footage of the couple, along with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and Barker’s daughter, Alabama, arriving for dinner on Friday and heading out for lunch again on Saturday. As a prelude to her wedding attire, Kourtney wore a veil and a short black dress adorned with an image of the Virgin Mary, a design that was inspired by a tattoo on the drummer’s head with the words “Family Loyalty Respect” ( Family Loyalty Respect).
The reality TV star, 43, and the Blink-182 drummer, 46, are known for publicly displaying their affection and they did not disappoint. They were seen Friday on a boat kissing in the sun: she in a T-shirt of her boyfriend’s band and he shirtless, with her multiple tattoos on display.
Another larger reception is planned in Los Angeles, according to reports.
Barker and the oldest of the Kardashian sisters made their relationship official on Instagram early last year. He proposed to her in October beachside, in a circle of red roses and white candles at a hotel in Montecito, California.
Kourtney had a long previous relationship with Scott Disick, with whom she had three children. Barker has been married twice before. His first marriage, to Melissa Kennedy, lasted nine months. The second, with Shanna Moakler, with whom he has two teenage children, lasted from 2004 to 2008.
