Kim Kardashian takes a daring page from Carmen Electra’s playbook

Kardashian is wearing a dress like the one Electra wore and earned a spot on “the worst dressed list.”

She did, however, show the whole outfit in the second slide: a curve-skimming T-shaped silk dress with side cut-outs that clasped with a thin plastic band across the back.
