Before taking up acting as a profession, Radhika was a dance instructor and taught at a dance school in Delhi. She made her acting debut in 2014 with the popular television series “Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hai”. She became famous with this serial and got fame and name in the Indian television industry. She is of considerable age, and so far she has only appeared in one television series. She has appeared in several television reality shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Nach Baliye, and Comedy Nights Bachao.

She was also a part of Box Cricket League Season 2 in 2016. In 2018, she appeared in the films Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and Pattakha in lead roles.
