In the midst of the restrictive regulations for the advance of COVID-19 , six troops gathered on the night of Thursday, April 23, to celebrate a birthday , in which they planned to taste a barbecue on the grill as is the tradition in Argentina .

But from a police compound they noticed the scandal and the intense movement of vehicles. When the authorities knocked on the door of the house, an officer opened it. In the building there were five other uniformed men, who were accused of not complying with the quarantine .

Around 11:00 pm, the intense movement of cars caught the attention of the staff of the Quinta de Toay police station . Then they crossed the street and knocked on the door where the music came from, an officer answered. Five other police officers quickly left the site.

In the place, the owner of the house, the officer, told what was happening: they were celebrating their birthday with a barbecue. In addition, there were colleagues from the police force.

The members of the police station that intervened the place reported the case to the prosecutor Cecilia Molinari . The identities of the offenders were not revealed by either the Court or the La Pampa Security Ministry that disclosed the incident.

Those involved included: an officer from the Toay police station , a deputy inspector from the Cohelo Deputy Police Station , two collaborating personnel from the Sixth Police Station in Santa Rosa , a member of the Second Police Station (Santa Rosa) and another aide from the Security Division. “They were arrested while the performance was taking place and were later released,” prosecutor Máximo Paulucci said . All were accused by article 205 of the Penal Code, which includes violating the quarantine .
